cold filtered water

1
–2 tablespoons honey
maple syrup, or stevia (to sweeten)
Ice cubes for serving
Lemon slices or zest for garnish
Mint or cucumber
for infusion
Instructions
Juice the Lemons
Cut lemons in half and juice them using a citrus juicer or by hand. Strain to remove seeds and excess pulp if desired.
Mix with Water
In a large jug or pitcher, combine the lemon juice with 3 cups of cold filtered water. Stir well.
Sweeten (Optional)
If you prefer a sweeter flavor, stir in honey, maple syrup, or your favorite sweetener to taste.
Serve or Chill
Pour over ice and serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 3 days for later use.
Notes
Want stronger flavor?
Use 1:2 lemon juice to water ratio for a concentrated version.
Great as a detox drink:
Add cucumber slices, fresh mint, or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
Sweetener tip:
Dissolve honey or sugar in a little warm water first so it blends smoothly.
Meal prep hack:
Store lemon juice concentrate (undiluted) in ice cube trays for easy use later.
For sparkling lemon juice:
Add a splash of carbonated water just before serving.
For kids:
Serve with a touch of honey and extra ice for a homemade lemonade vibe.
