Instructions

  • Option 1: Using a Drip Coffee Maker

  • Add Filtered Water
  • Fill the machine’s reservoir with fresh, cold filtered water.
  • Insert Filter and Grounds
  • Place a paper or reusable filter in the brew basket, then add the coffee grounds.
  • Brew the Coffee
  • Start the machine. Let it brew fully before pouring.
  • Serve and Customize
  • Pour into your favorite mug. Add milk, cream, or sweetener as desired.
  • ☕ Option 2: French Press Method (For Richer Flavor)
  • Boil Water
  • Heat filtered water to just below boiling (about 200°F / 93°C).
  • Add Coffee Grounds
  • Add 2 tablespoons of medium-coarse ground coffee to your French press.
  • Pour Water
  • Slowly pour in 12 oz of hot water. Stir gently.
  • Steep and Press
  • Let steep for 4 minutes. Press the plunger down slowly and evenly.
  • Serve
  • Pour into your cup and enjoy fresh, bold American-style coffee.

Notes

  • Grind matters: Use medium grind for drip or auto machines, and medium-coarse for French press.
  • Filtered water = better taste. Avoid tap water with strong minerals or chlorine.
  • Fresh beans are key: Grind just before brewing for best flavor.
  • Want iced American coffee? Brew it double strength and pour over ice.
  • Avoid bitterness: Don't leave the pot on a heating plate for more than 30 minutes.
  • Flavor boost: Add a pinch of salt or cinnamon to the grounds before brewing.
  • For large batches: Use a ratio of 1:15 (1g coffee to 15g water) for consistent flavor.
  • Upgrade tip: Use a thermal carafe to keep coffee hot without scorching the flavor.
